Once you have an account, simply click the “Create a Data Room” button located at the top-left corner. This action will create a secure space dedicated specifically to your company.

Click on “Create a Data Room” and choose a name.

Upload your documents by clicking on button “Add Documents” or simply by Dragging documents on your navigator.

If you’re unsure about which documents to include, navigate to the Data Room Score page, where you will receive guidance on building the perfect Data Room.

Once you have uploaded sufficient documentation, Hadaly will unlock the analysis reports. You will then have access to generate various reports such as a valuation report, a Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), an Investment Memo, or due diligence reports.

To share a Data Room with others, simply navigate to your selected Data Room, then click the “share” button. Alternatively, you can naviguate to the Room Acces section on you left panel. You’ll be able to assign them one of the following access levels:

Admins have the same permissions as the owner. They can manage user access and enable access to reporting and analysis features.

This user has both read and write access to all documents in the Data Room. However, they cannot share the Data Room with other users.

You must specify which documents this user can access before they are able to view anything in the Data Room. Readers can only view selected documents. They cannot upload documents or share the Data Room with others.

In addition to the access level, you can specify which Hadaly AI features the user can access:

The evaluation report provides a high-quality analysis of your company’s documents, financial data, and overall business information, combined with our proprietary database of company transactions. To activate sharing, simply click on the corresponding button. It includes:

– Consolidated Financial Statements
– Detailed Financial Analysis of your company
– Comprehensive Business Valuation
– In-Depth Insights on risks, strengths, and growth opportunities for your business

The Due Diligence Report presents an accurate analysis of the risks and strengths identified for the DataRoom.

The AI Chatbot utility is a powerful tool designed to analyze and extract information from documents on the Hadaly platform. With robust capabilities to read, interpret, and categorize content across multiple formats, chatbot helps individuals and organizations streamline data retrieval and gain actionable insights.

To request a Valuation Report, you must first gather all the required documents within the Data Room Score section.

Then, simply navigate to the Reports tab in the left navigation panel and click the “Unlock report” button. You will be asked to confirm, and an initial report will be generated automatically.


72 hours later, a confirmed report will be uploaded to your Data Room.
